Absolutely greatly commendable ervice by Adam who came to my rescue. I recently had a flat on my return from Newcastle and since car does not a spare, contacted them who was there within the hour and towed me in to the closest tyre shop. My car was stolen and was sent to a holding facility in the Central Coast, however, they were not very forthcoming with helping us out with anything, since we did not know that the car was undrivable. So our insurance company found Central Coast Towing who came out and towed the car back home. The driver, Sean, was very helpful and understanding of our situation, since we are not locals. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the service, Sean even drove the car into our driveway putting the cherry on to top of the service! My late husband was a quadriplegic for 17 years. A part of this time support workers were provided by Akuna Care. For 3 years up until my husband death, Paul managed all aspects of my husband’s care. He was reliable and showed attention to detail which gave us confidence and peace of mind. He developed a good understanding and showed interest in the problems associated with quadriplegia. Together, Paul and my husband undertook many projects. As my husband had limited use of his hands this enabled him to do odd jobs or work on his computer and gave him a lot of pleasure as he felt he was still leading a useful life. Paul undertook the training and scheduling of other support workers. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking support workers.
