I have never had to write a review before but I felt I needed to. From the moment I called REDS I knew I was going to be SAFE hands. The service I received was excellent, from pick up to deliver. I have used other tilt tray companies and I was never quite sure weather my car was going to make it to its destination, but REDS certainly came through with the goods. After following the link provided and seeing my parcels were on board for delivery at 11am I stayed home ALL day! Waiting... waiting. . Waiting. Then checked link that said unsuccessful delivery! Didn't even come down my street. Yes we are in a new build. Yes we paid alot for our item and for express postage. I've called the number and they have stated it will be attempted again today. Great another day stuck at home with so much to do! Please driver make the effort to actually look for my address!
