We hired Sextons for a school excursion from Newcastle to Sydney. There were a couple of drop offs and pick ups in Sydney and Brad our driver was fantastic in accommodating our requests. Brad was a safe and competent driver who helped out by talking to us regarding time and orientation. I was also most impressed and grateful that when we returned from our last stop very thirsty Brad was waiting for us with a box of bottled water. Couldn't give these guys enough stars! They bent over backwards to help me with an urgent delivery to solve a problem! Even gave me a call when the parcel had been delivered! The door to door service is incredibly convenient and there's no "call centre" or accounts to worry about. Will be using for all our small freight from here on. 1000 x better service than Australia Post, cheaper and easier to use than Toll. Slightly dearer than the same thing at Auspost, but the service can't be compared. Well done!
