I only gave one star because it wont let me give any less. I have never had a more negative experience with any online service in my life. I had booked the online white card training and made the full payment required however shortly after booking it (and not beginning the training yet) my circumstances had changed and I requested a refund, I was bounced around between their people in their cutomer service team told I could not receive a refund then told they would look into whether I began the training or not and would be contacted shortly. 3 weeks later and nothing. I am extremely dissapointed in this company and would not reccommend them to anyone nor would I ever use them again. The way they handle customers is disgraceful.
community Solutions staff have very bed in customer service. They train you, but put you on hold for months making you hope for a new job. Eventually you will be told No job for you my apologies. So, better dont waste valuable time.
