I was greeted kindly, the right price for what i wanted

I brought my brand new van into Narara Trailers to have a towbar and electronic unit installed. I new the price quoted was considerable higher than it should have been but they were willing to do it on Saturday so I agreed. When I went to pick up the van I was told that the wiring was very difficult and the boss had to come and help. I also noticed that the cutout for the bar in my brand new bumper looked shocking. On Monday I had to put it to work. After a few hours the electrical system failed and the van would not go into gear, I had no brake lights, and most of the engine indicators we on in the dash. At the dealer they explained that the wiring for the tow bar was causing the problem and it was the worst they had ever seen. They found that the original wiring had been moved and had contacted the bar and shorted the electrical system. I now have to pay more to have the system rewired.

Great Service, great price! I bought a small boat so needed a tow bar. They gave me the choice between Tag and Reese + heavy /light - explained the difference. They were $200 cheaper than my other quote. I made a booking for 8am and was driving away with new tow bar 90 minutes later!! Grabbed brekky and a coffee at the local cafe to kill the time. No problems. Highly recommended.

I really appreciated the work that the boss fellow done for me, only a small job but he actually done it through his lunch Break, so I only had a 10 minute wait, excellent service.
