Nathan has recently provided excellent service and attention to detail when tending to a recent incident in Mackay regarding one of my rental trailers. Not only did Nathan willing accept to conduct this job as a late notice same day call out, not something normally within his scope of business. But Nathan was able to look past the damage caused and the repairs required and able to accurately determine the cause of the fault. This avoided the potential for the incident to reoccur, costing more in the long run and more importantly injury to road users, should he had simply repaired the trailer and sent it on its way. Travelling through Mackay with my Van I broke a part of my awning arm. I went to Yard 5 with my problem and he went out of his way to repair the breakage. I thought it would be a small job but it wasn't. Anyway it was repaired and at a price that was stunningly low. Have no problem in giving this recommendation. Thank you for your help
