We experienced a bent axle in our new caravan coming into Alice Springs. We ran from TiTree and these guys told us to go straight to see them. They diagnosed the problem on Friday & told us they could have it done on Monday……true to their word! Excellent service from middle of Australia. Could ask for more helpful service.

Ray and Kathy were super accommodating and communicative throughout the whole process from getting a quote to picking up and dropping off the gear. The camping gear we hired was high quality and helped us stay warm for 4 winter nights. Definitely recommend!!

Just out of the East and West Macs after enjoying camping with one of Ray’s soft floor deluxe campers. Firstly, Ray responded patiently to every one of our emails from 4 months ago when we first booked including camping site tips and local supplies like the local Milner Butcher. Next we could not fault the gear. The off road camper was stocked with near new equipment, everything you could ever need for a short trip or longer trip in the outback. We hired a few extras like compressor, first aid kit, Engel fridge and recovery kit. All good gear. Ray even threw in at the last minute a new sleeping bag we unzipped to make an extra doona as there was a cold snap for a few days. That’s going above and beyond to ensure the customer has a great time. The Outback Camper was quick and easy to set up and pull down and the trailer suited the conditions well. Ray and Kathy have been a pleasure to deal with and it’s fantastic to experience old fashion service with a smile.

Hired a double swag over the Easter weekend and loved it. I was worried about picking it up and dropping it off on public holidays but Ray and Kathy were so accommodating, it made the whole process very easy. The swag itself was excellent quality.

I rented Ray's gear for a recent camping trip to Alice and the surrounds. Not being an experienced camper Ray sorted me out with everything I needed, all his advice was on point. The camp kitchen set was amazing, it included every little thing you could possibly need to make camp cooking easy, and everything was brand new and clean, including the swag and bedding. Ray (and Cathy) were a pleasure to deal with, I would 100% be a returning customer.
