I sent an email for the supply of timber, 1 week ago, but never got a reply from them at all, above for my star rating would be zero not one star

Doors and windows Dept. We purchased 2 new 3 panel sliding doors and 9 lots of louvre windows and matching screens. We still can't get the sliding door screens to catch and lock. After numerous tries over months to get someone from Cairns HW out to have a look at what they've designed and give us a fix, or at least solutions, every time a promise they'd come, and always a no show. We've resorted to a third party screen company to work it out and fix it and even he is baffled with what they've supplied. It's supposed to be a triple locking system on each sliding door screen, but he says we don't have the parts needed, and he cannot see how they would have fitted them anyway. So many bits just don't fit or make sense. This has to be THE most difficult and frustrating thing we've ever dealt with as far as this renovation goes. We try to use local as much as possible, CHW won't be our first choice now for anything else, and we've still got the upper level to finish.
