Simon Carroll is the Principal of Accuplan and has degrees in Urban and Regional Planning, Environmental Health, Bushfire Planning and Design as well as Environmental and local government law. Simon is supported by Matt Clancy (Environmental Planner), Luke Pickett (Senior Ecologist), Shannon Baker (Environmental Scientist) and Kylie Farrell (Administration and Application Coordinator).
