Jenna at the Birdsville roadhouse is the first person we met in Birdsville and she gave us such a huge friendly welcome and all we did was walk in. Everyday we got extra cold drinks, great iced coffee, fresh groceries and most importantly directions to the best part of the billabong, where to go on little and big red, the roadhouse is so much more than a fuel stop. Travelling with friends we were in Birdsville for Australia day. Summer in the outback, best done with friends, power for aircon, and townsfolk like Jenna and rsnger Don.

20 kms from Cloncurry this morning and our fan belt pulley broke away. Called RACQ and Paul came out and rescued us. He did everything possible including dropping us off at the caravan park and taking us to the mechanic to get details for parts. Thank you Paul. Your service was excellent. ✅👏👏

Stayed here for 3 nights. The cheapest and best park in Karumba. Amenities were spotless. Owner and staff very friendly and obliging . Definitely recommend this park

Was holidaying in the Tablelands and my car broke down in Ravenshoe on a Saturday. He towed me back to his shop in Herberton and then gave me a lift back to my hotel in Atherton. Nothing was a hassle. He had my car fixed first thing Monday morning! Great bloke, very affordable. Couldn't recommend anyone better!
