Thank you for your prompt and reliable service Coastwide Towing. After breaking down on the freeway and being told we could not get a tow for 90minute, the tow truck arrived in less that 30 minutes. The driver was friendly and professional and delivered my vehicle to my mechanic. The driver was having trouble connecting to take payment but it eventually went through. When checking my statement, I noticed the payment had been taken out twice and was going to contact Coastwide but quickly noticed the credit had already been processed and refunded to my account within a couple of days.
Dave was a wizard. He got my car on the truck when other central coast tow companies tucked their tails between theirs legs and ran off. When I asked wizard Dave if he could get my car on & off the truck he just laughed. A hour later my car was at the Renault garage. What a legend
Our car/caravan broke down Southbound on the M1 on a busy Friday afternoon. NRMA were very helpful in obtaining two tows - one to move us to a safe location, second to take us home to Richmond (> 100Km away). Both jobs were provided by Central Coast Towing. The guys that supported us (Jarred and Mark) are true professionals, friendly and helpful but totally serious about their responsibility to protect their clients and vehicles. We would highly recommend this company for courtesy, efficiency and technical competence. Grateful thanks.

Don't take yr car to this place.
They are overworked and cut corners with work, it's a get it in slap it in rip off and get rid of it.
My experience was worse, they swapped exhaust on me.
I know this because I had just fitted spring washer on bolts from manifold to catalytic & one bolt was cut with dremmel very fine cut. Also must have been in hurry they forgot few bolts on mid support bracket...
I brought my brand new van into Narara Trailers to have a towbar and electronic unit installed. I new the price quoted was considerable higher than it should have been but they were willing to do it on Saturday so I agreed. When I went to pick up the van I was told that the wiring was very difficult and the boss had to come and help. I also noticed that the cutout for the bar in my brand new bumper looked shocking.
On Monday I had to put it to work. After a few hours the electrical system failed and the van would not go into gear, I had no brake lights, and most of the engine indicators we on in the dash. At the dealer they explained that the wiring for the tow bar was causing the problem and it was the worst they had ever seen.
They found that the original wiring had been moved and had contacted the bar and shorted the electrical system.
I now have to pay more to have the system rewired.
