I took my car in for a roadworthy. A month later..... I received a car that cannot be driven for longer than a minute, a cracked windscreen and my property taken. I was charged for parts, labour and roadworthy for a car that still isn't on the road. I did take the car back, however, after waiting another month, mechanic couldn't find problem. Still no car on the road.

Affordable prices and friendly service. The guys don't try to rip me off and talk to me in a respectful manner, happy to explain every little thing and answer all my questions.

Well run organisation, but when I was dealing with them they were very under staffed at the time. Admittedly it was at Christmas, but I would have thought you would possibly be over staffed for this busy period. Apart from that they should have rated 5 stars.
