Kitchen & Renovation Concepts

A Saturday monring by myself at Tradelink saw an Iplex delivery driver decided to unload some coils (which weren't even Tradelink's in the end) into our yard. The driver was from Sydney, on his first day, couldn't speak English AND as it turned out, he couldn't operate the HIAB on the truck either. This saw the driver unable to communicate with myself or his boss how to fix an extended arm stuck in the air for several hours I called Strait Up and spoke to Andy who offered to come in on his day off and help me out. Andy came in with his wife who also works at Strait up and he was able to help the guy get the HIAB working again, helped him unload AND made sure he was 100% packed, strapped and ready to go so he could leave and I could go home. A+++ from these guys!

Strait Up Cranes & Rigging

I have no hesitation in recommending the frame and truss system. Over the past twenty years I have built sixteen houses with steel frames. On the last two builds, I used the new 90mm frames. These frames are far superior to the old frames. The 90 mm frames are more ridged and fit together a lot easier than the old frames. The flat bracing and adjustable tensioner allows one person to plumb the frame and eliminates the need for sheet bracing. The frames are light and can be easily erected by two persons. The trusses are a far better design while still remaining easy to handle. My last project had standard trusses sixteen meters long and we were able to get them off the ground and erect them with three men.
