I'm Back! I needed to get my whole upstairs carpeted. I went straight to Universal Flooring as I was totally impressed when they did my down stairs area with floor boards 3 years ago. I didn't waste my time getting a second quote because customer service and care is important to me and I knew I'd get that from Ben and his team. The carpet layers were amazingly fast and experienced with a family history of carpet layers. Matt who measured up is amazing, very knowledgeable and professional.
