The BEST Timber Flooring in Kembla Grange NSW

I'm Back! I needed to get my whole upstairs carpeted. I went straight to Universal Flooring as I was totally impressed when they did my down stairs area with floor boards 3 years ago. I didn't waste my time getting a second quote because customer service and care is important to me and I knew I'd get that from Ben and his team. The carpet layers were amazingly fast and experienced with a family history of carpet layers. Matt who measured up is amazing, very knowledgeable and professional. Ben answered all our questions and made our experience easy. The carpet feels like I'm walking on a cloud. I love it. Thank you. I highly recommend Universal Flooring.

I was shopping at bunnings on Tuesday 10th September 2024. My power pass app on my phone did not work so I used my credit card to make the purchase. I accidently left my wallet behind at the self-checkout. The next day after I noticed my wallet missing, I called Bunnings at Kembla grange and sure it was handed in at the service desk. Very professional and great customer service too

I can highly recommend TDF. From the time I walked into the Showroom my experience as a Customer was beyond my expectations. A friend recommended TDF as it has been a long time since I purchased carpet. Kate was amazing and helped me through the whole process. Nothing was a problem. She was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. I can't thank Kate enough. I am very happy with the carpet and how it was laid.
