We had Suttos come out for a free measure and quote, they took the time to come out promptly however never gave us the quote. I followed up 2 weeks later without a response. Waste of time.

We had a tight budget that we couldn't budge on with our renovation and the staff member we spoke to at Sutto's was such a lovely fella who gave us some good honest service. He spent a great deal of time with us going through lots of options. We fell in love with a product that was slightly out of our price range but they were happy to meet our budget. The installation was seamless and my wife and I are over the moon with the final product. The flooring really looks amazing!
