I had the misfortune to need to call for the NRMA after the wheel on my trailer let go The NRMA refused to help basically telling me to organise my own tow truck even though their policy stated they would At 1.30 am Sunday morning. I was stuck on the side of the Pacific Highway 125k from my destination Ballina with a foot to spare between my vehicle and trucks passing I had already been driving since 10 am Saturday leaving Moruya South Coast the day before this is the last thing I needed so I got onto TNT Towing Grafton I would like to thank Damien for organising a tow truck even though he wasn't sure how, when everybody was already on jobs when he realised where I was positioned there was a tow truck within an hour and a special thanks for sorting out the NRMA mistake I'd also like to say thank you to Steve the tow truck driver who when arrived introduced himself pointed out some safety factors and then got on with loading my stricken trailer without doing more damage Fully recommend

This very worried Nanna called from Melbourne as my son & his family of 4 kids were stranded between Grafton & Armadale. Lisa from TNT towing answered my call & in a very short time had a truck on the way to not only collect the vehicle but sent a vehicle that could safely transport my 4 grandchildren aged from 13 to 7 months back to accommodation for the night.
