We can’t speak highly enough of Jake’s tiling skill. He and Michael tiled our patio and we are delighted with the result, especially as there was some fiddly cutting to be done. They worked under trying circumstances with wet weather making things difficult, so they had to make return visits for what was really a small project by their standards. Jake even gave up some of his weekend family time to come and finish the job, which confirmed our opinion of his reliability. Absolutely wonderful customer service. We had a small grouting job which we were able to do ourselves, the receptionist took time and care to help us choose the best match grout - and then a tiler (Paul) loaned us his smoothing tool ... with no worry about who we were and whether we would return it. Brilliant!
