We had a small grouting job which we were able to do ourselves, the receptionist took time and care to help us choose the best match grout - and then a tiler (Paul) loaned us his smoothing tool ... with no worry about who we were and whether we would return it. Our timber floating floor took over a month to be installed. Trades were very unorganised often arriving without materials, cancelling last minute. They damaged walls in most rooms. Poor quality of workmanship would never use again. Management didn’t take us seriously. We paid in full prior to instalment. Be aware.
