Pretty happy overall. There was a short wait in the morning ‘cause of traffic, but they let me know ahead which was good. The cleaner did a solid job, especially in the living room where the dog likes to hang out. Only small gripe was a bit of damp smell for a day, but it cleared up fine.

Had the carpets done last week after a big spill from my dog’s water bowl. The bloke who came out, I think his name was Tom, sorted it without any fuss. Dried faster than I expected too. Pretty happy with how fresh everything looks now.
