Great work by the members preserving some very important early Australian history and machines. Gilgandra Museum & Historical Society Inc is a very interesting museum. You'll need a couple of hours to view everything. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but my mates and I enjoyed the history and displays.

I enjoyed the amazing view at the Warrumbungle Observatory. I also learned new interesting things.
