Twisted Gum Wines is owned by us - Tim and Michelle Coelli. We live and work on the vineyard seven days a week. It is our home, our business and our passion. We are passionate about the amazing wines that can be produced from our little patch of land in the Granite Belt, with this wonderful free draining granite soil and heavenly mountain climate. At Twisted Gum Wines we craft small quantities of premium quality single vineyard wines from our hand-tended Granite Belt vineyard. Come experience our full flavoured crisp white wines, our hugely popular Pink Moscato and our signature deep inky-purple red wines - you are sure to find something to excite your palate.

Kominos Wines grows, makes and bottles on the high altitude Granite Belt (near Stanthorpe). Mining museum

Established in 1998 by Spanish couple, Tom and Cath Jimenez. At the time their vision to experiment with alternative varieties was iconoclastic for the region – a tradition continued today at Ridgemill Estate. Fast forward to 2004, leading Brisbane project manager, Martin Cooper, was contracted to manage the development of the Queensland College of Wine Tourism. While building the college, he’d developed a love for the landscape, the lifestyle and the wines of the Granite Belt. During his opportunities to explore he stumbled across Emerald Hill. Martin was drawn to its natural beauty and the great promise of its wines. Seven days later the Cooper family purchased the property. We endeavour to minimise our intervention in the winemaking process, at the same time we stand by our promise to you, to create wines that have elegance and finesse.

Michael and Lucille are well-known Granite Belt tourism operators, having owned and managed several businesses in the region. Whether travelling for business or pleasure, guests who stay at the Granite Belt Motel, often return time and time again, taking advantage of the great location, comfortable surroundings and good old-fashioned friendly hospitality. Our philosophy is that guests are not just visiting the Granite Belt, they want an experience that they will not forget. Stannum Lodge Motor Inn offers exceptionally clean accommodation just a short walk or drive from the center of Stanthorpe. We have 12 self contained suites with microwave and full crockery and cutlery as well as a small selection of bowls and dishes for snacks like cheese and crackers. All suites at Stannum Lodge Motor Inn are ground floor with undercover parking directly outside your suite set in landscaped gardens in a quiet environment. All suites have reverse cycle split system air conditioning as well as electric blankets and doonas for the winter months. Free Wi-Fi is available. All rooms are non smoking. Continental breakfast is available and will be delivered to your room the evening prior.

The Stanthorpe and District Historical Society has operated the Stanthorpe Heritage Museum since 1970. The collection is maintained and presented by members of the Society. All items are donated by the local community and carefully restored and/or cleaned and displayed by our volunteers. Venue with historical documents & photographs of local families, plus old buildings & collections.

�Three Waters' is located 15 kms northwest of Glen Innes, a major New England town, which is the Celtic Capital of Australia. Set high on the New England Ranges and on the flanks of Bullock Mountain at 1,170 metres �you feel you can touch the stars at night'. You can swim, fish, horse ride, fossick for sapphires, bushwalk or just enjoy your surroundings in an extremely healthy climate. Available are level landscaped creek campsites with shelter sheds for caravans and tent, powered caravan sites, BBQ areas and campfire sites. There is a beautiful long section along the Reddestone Creek for fishing, catching yabbies or swimming with easy access to jetties and ladders. At a short distance from the camping area is the �The Gunyah' which offers communal cooking facilities, a happy hour bar (BYO), a cosy wood heater, dance floor, library/reading area, showers and flush toilets.
