Thank you Nova Cruises for another fantastic cruise, the best one yet, on Melbourne Cup Day. The trip was an absolute delight. Your staff were professional, and polite. I loved the way the young woman who did the sweeps (sorry I didn't get her name) bounced around and kept the happy vibe going. The entertainment was just perfect. The cruise itself was incredible, we saw places we didn't know existed, and then there is the boat/ship/ferry itself, what a treasure Newcastle has in that, and the people who operate her. I will return for another trip down the track, in the meantime you ask how the experience can be improved and I say to you that you cannot improve on perfection. Well done.
