at the entry counter the man was very loud and unpleasant . the zoo itself needs some upgrade but understandable after all the rain and covid. the service at the food counter was a disgrace as people waited for an hour to get a cup of tea / a muffin /a wrap/a milkshake. the ice-cream counter was not open to order so people were waiting there for nothing .Why when you got that many poeple to serve sorry but this day was disappointing to us .

Billabong Zoo Koala & Wildlife ParkLovely cabins in the woods, not too far from town. Lovely yard, pool and spa. A fantastic place to relax. Short dive to the beach. Would come back for sure. Watch out from the mozzis
