Great work by the members preserving some very important early Australian history and machines. Gilgandra Museum & Historical Society Inc is a very interesting museum. You'll need a couple of hours to view everything. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but my mates and I enjoyed the history and displays.

To learn about the incredible fishing structures built by indigenous Australians, make sure to book your tour ahead. The Brewarrina Aboriginal Culture Museum is definitely worth a visit because it is one of the more interesting stops in The Outback.
