Devil’s Hollow Brewery was born when four school friends dreamed big while on tour in South Africa. Add a few other hospo lovers into the mix, and the brewery launched in July, 2019. Opening Dubbo's first brewery may have seemed like an unlikely dream for some, but Dubbo is a bit like that: full of unlikely and unexpected stories.
