Nancy's Traditional Thai Massage - BuderimDue to sitting for long periods at work on a 7/7 roster accompanied by a bad shoulder from a motor bike injury, I found that on my week off I would be very restricted in mobility in my hips and lower back causing pain and inflammation. The first time I went to Monthra Thai massage was life changing, Mons style of stretching and massage seemed to adapt to what my body needed to get my mobility back and enjoy my valued time off work.
