Adam attended my unit today and I appreciated the fact that he listened to what I was saying. He was an extremely polite and thorough. After he finished he explained that the job included a 12 month warranty and to ring if I have any problems. I would highly recommend this company for pest control. I note that the previous posted review is 4 years old....where have the most recent ones gone? I previously observed Complete Pest Control reviews had been declining in the last 12 months. I employed Complete Pest for a bad termite problem a few years back & was very happy with what seemed a sound service. Obviously ongoing management was needed & initially this seemed great. Gradually I began to be concerned that I was being booked for un-necessary inspections & began to keep an eye on when they had visited & when they were due instead of leaving it to them: called one time to question a "you are due" & was told a system error had overbooked me. Earlier this year an inspection was organised & I recieved a bill. Opened my inspection stations (for the first time) to find that the inspection had definitely not been done. Called to say I wouldn't be paying until the work had been done, received an appology but have never heard from them again. Left in the lurch!
