Thanks to Ian from Rentokil for the fantastic job done on Thursday 24 November 2022 in my residence in Gladstone. Ian was very professional. He listened to “the voice of the costumer”. He was mindful of addressing my outdoors and indoors worries. When I returned home, I could see a large number of insects dead on the floor and the effect seems to be long-lasting as even flies do not visit my house as often as they did before. I recommend Rentokil as my preferred service provider for pest control needs, whom I have used for many years. They are reliable and deliver real value for the moneys paid. I did contact more affordable providers and the contact was appalling, leaving me convinced I could not rely on their services I must also recognise Rebecca as Rentokil’s front-line staff member, who was fully available for me, organising the service almost immediately.
