The technician, Jake, called ahead, turned up early, and did a proper inspection before starting. He treated for cockroaches, spiders, and silverfish inside and out, even checked under the deck. The product didn’t smell harsh, and they used pet-safe stuff, which was great for our dog. Price was reasonable, especially considering the detail of the work. No rush job either. I’d definitely use them again for annual treatments.
