Thanks to Audy, he just saved us a huge headache with a couple of Pre-purchase inspections where he identified Inactive Subterranean Termite Mudding and Tracking in one of the duplex properties he inspected. In previous purchases, we had always tried to get a person who did both Building and Pest Inspections but, never again will we do that after this experience. The Building Inspection Report (done by others) came back all clear, there was nothing untoward in the report. However, Audy's report identified major issues that we would have expected the Building Report should have identified. The Flea & Tick Guys–Pet Friendly Pest ControlWe’d been dealing with ants in the kitchen for weeks, nothing from Bunnings worked. Called these guys and they sorted it on the first visit. The tech, Mark, was on time and actually checked the yard and roof space, not just sprayed and left. Price was fair, and he gave tips on how to keep them out. Haven’t seen a single ant since. Good honest service, which is rare these days.
