CMS Commander is poison!!!! If you engage any of their services you will regret it. Commander have been charging me for and still are for services that have been disconnected since May 2016. After trying for 3 months to have them cancelled I'm no closer to achieving this. Not only that but after my complaint about the overcharges and my request to have any early termination fess waived, Commander agreed to this. But they have decided to charge me for the early termination fess anyway. Do your self a BIG favor and stay well away from these parasites. There customer service centre in Manilla will get you NO where. In all I have been on the phone to Manilla for 6hr 36mins all calls logged and I'm not even past the first huddle with them. You may think that is the worst issue but it really the staff at CMS Commander. They are only there to get your money so don't expect any help or service when things go wrong and they always go wrong when your Accounts with Commander STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
