Poor service now on 2 occasions with wait time 50 mins today and 3 calls checking, just glad it wasn't a crucial appt to get to! Driver did come on first call but did not stop outside house ,we saw him drive by turn around and not even try to locate us Another occasion needed to get to GP and waited 15 mins gave up and walked!

Waiting for taxi ordered at 10.00 am still waiting 1145 am running true to form

Shame on you leaving a 92 year old person to walk home at dusk after waiting 45 minutes for a cab that didn't show up.
