I rang the land line number to book a taxi from Maclean a few days in advance for my daughters job interview as she is too young to drive. The person on the other end of the phone took the booking but simply failed to record the booking.Daughter was waiting for the taxi that never showed up, hence, was late for her first job interview.Very poor form from the Maclean taxi service. Wont be using them again. Bring on Uber next time.
