I was disappointed with my tax return so I wanted to find out why it was so little. When I called them the second time the lady over the phone stated the company is very busy and are prioritising clients (basically telling me that I wasn't a client anymore since I had already paid for my service). With the same phone call I was advised I must wait 2 days maximum for a call back. This call was made on Tuesday and I got my call back on the following Saturday, only after leaving them with an angry voicemail.
In the end they told me what had happened and why. That part of the service was ok since that's what I wanted them to explain - however I still believe they could've explained the situation on the initial day that I lodged my Tax. From memory, they estimated my return to be $500+, I only received $71.95.
Anyway to wrap things up - if you're interested in doing your tax return with this company, in my opinion you'd be better off lodging it online on e-tax. They're customer servic
