Great tattooists,friend atmosphere,keep going back for more

Booked my tattoo at the beginning of January and for Gumpy to design it. Hasn't came back to me till I sent him and email couple of days prior to my session and came back to me with a design that a 2 years old kids could draw which admitted to have rushed overnight. He gave me an appoitment which I turned up on time and he wasn't there. He did not advised me at all of being late or anything else. When I spoken with the young girl at the counter she just advised me that he wasn't there. I came back later, waited for another 20 minutes for him to arrive and when he finally arrived they were very abusive making up excuses that I abused the girl at the counter. I think Gumpy was not able to fulfill my request and his design was less then mediocre if not very childish and he did not want to face me and confront me and just walked away. I've got my money back but no apologies at all and were extremely rude. I will NOT recommend them for any services at all. The only friendly person is Lola.
