Hi, thanks for letting us have a say re our experience with Gympie Septic Pump Outs....so far our delay in them assisting us is because we have asked they start a regular monthly service pump commencing early February when we contact them again, we so we await that time and will forward a proper review on them at that time. Brad was terrific - he came out and gave us advice, returned to inspect the job when the tank was cleaned and returned again to do the repair when the tank was removed from it's partially in-ground location.
