We’ve got chickens and bees working with us too to make sure the things we serve at Tree Eighty3 are local, organic and free range. Ralph, the man behind Tree Eighty3, has been serving his food to Canberran's since 1983, originally from a food van called Ralph’s, where he began selling his famous roast pork. In the 90s he moved the van to a permanent location – the Yum Yum Tree in Bailey’s Arcade in the City. With the development of the farm in Gundaroo and a revamp of the café, Tree Eighty3 was born. Come take a seat in our café – sit by our hanging herb garden wall and on furniture made from recycled old sleepers.
