We opened the doors in 2004 to our first restaurant in Hawthorn, VIC. Healthy burgers (including plant-based options for our veggie loving friends) are now on the menu. Mooloolah River Fisheries owns and operates a commercial fishing and processing operation in the port of Mooloolaba, Queensland, Australia. Construction was completed and operations began in August 2002. The complex consists of a commercial fishing vessel marina, unloading wharf facilities, ice making plant, cold stores, a general processing factory, tuna pack house, fuel supply and retail seafood market. The facility holds both EU and HACCP accreditation with it's own Quality Assurance program.
