St Helens Bar and Burgers in Kirra Beach is owned and operated by Jess and Brendan Hayes. Having found the perfect location just across from the Kirra foreshore, the couple began St Helens Bar and Burgers. Jess had been a fancy chef at many wineries in Victoria, as well as restaurants in her native USA, but now wanted to bring to the Gold Coast a fresh version of American Bar Food. All Burgers and Cocktails are hand-made with only local ingredients.

The bustling Currumbin Creek Road precinct has a new kid on the block, welcoming a fresh new face - Currumbin Hotel. The venue, formerly The Currumbin Pub has been locally owned and in operation since 1997, but a shake-up from enthusiastic new ownership has lead to a revival of the site. The venue’s transformation and new identity as Currumbin Hotel warranted a complete gut and rebuild – it’s the first time in 20 years that the site has received any enhancements. So, it’s goodbye sticky blue carpet and hello to a sleek new stone and terracotta-trimmed bar, and a bright and breezy dining area.

Conveniently located on the Gold Coast Highway, the Tugan Tavern serves home-style meals and chilled drinks 7-days-a-week. Just a short stroll from the beach, this is the perfect location for a relaxed drink with friends.
