Paterson Tavern in the historical village of Paterson, is a popular Hunter Valley destination, 20 minutes' drive from Maitland. We offer cold draught and bottled beers as well as a great range of Hunter Valley and Australian wines. Dine at our Yabbies bistro, which has a menu to suit everyone. Yabbies Bistro is open for lunch from midday Monday to Sunday and from 6pm Wednesday to Sunday for dinner. The Tavern is open from 10am daily.
