Brad and his team did an amazing job at the installation of our new pool. Everything was on time, and the construction flowed on with no delays. I moved into a house with a complex pool system. One phone call to Doug to explain our confusion and Doug had arranged for Trina to come out and show us everything. Nothing was too much trouble for Trina who explained the workings of the filter, plumbing and operation of the systems. I had a thousand questions and Trina answered them confidently. Trina gave me some great tips to help maintain the pool but...after such great and helpful service I have now booked Doug Allen Pools for a monthly service.
