Brad and his team did an amazing job at the installation of our new pool. Everything was on time, and the construction flowed on with no delays. The tradesmen were very helpful and completed each stage to a very high standard. Brad was very accomodating to any requests we had, and provided helpful advice when needed. I moved into a house with a complex pool system. One phone call to Doug to explain our confusion and Doug had arranged for Trina to come out and show us everything. Nothing was too much trouble for Trina who explained the workings of the filter, plumbing and operation of the systems. I had a thousand questions and Trina answered them confidently. Trina gave me some great tips to help maintain the pool but...after such great and helpful service I have now booked Doug Allen Pools for a monthly service. It is wonderful to have such great old fashioned service where nothing was a problem. You have certainly impressed me. Thank you again

Just love the frameless glass fencing around our pool done by you guys, looks seamless, can still sit in the shaded area and have full vision of the kids in the pool, will never need maintenance and always looks great.
