SHARKS Program - For swimmers who are only requiring slight stroke development and have the skill to swim continuously in lanes. Swimmers who want to swim for fitness and enjoyment. Our Shark swimmers don't want the intensively of squad but are skilled and want to continue for the physical and metal benefits.
DNA Aqua KickFit - Developed for participants who want to keep the intensity of their workout but with reduced jarring effect on joints and muscles. This way you choose the exercise intensity while still feeling the cardiorespiratory and cardiovascular benefits. As a 30min program your measure is how many metres you can do in the timeframe. After a technique session you are free to follow at your own pace any of the Kick Set patterns posted around the pool.

Knowing how to swim competently could save your child's life. For this reason, swimming lessons are not only beneficial for physical strength and development, but should be seen as providing a vital lifesaving skill that everybody should possess. We are a seasonal swim school with a large outdoor pool that is in direct sunlight creating the optimum temperature for our operating season from October to April - (4th state school term until Easter). Our summer school holiday's block lessons are an intensive program designed to help each swimmer reach their full potential. A full week of lessons, at the same time each day, with the same teacher. Fantastic holiday activity that is fun, active and potentially life saving. All our swim teachers are genuine, positive and caring instructors. They inspire confidence & trust with each swimmers in their class. Adapting to the teachings of individuals with their own little personalities, they know how to teach with a cooperative working spirit. Your swimmer will be thriving and happy to learn to swim.
