Swimming lessons are held in the heated Learn to Swim pool mornings and afternoons for all ages from 4 months, till, well, you're never too old! Aqua Aerobics and Deep Water Running classes held Monday to Saturday with a class to suit all abilities - there is no age limit and swimming experience is not needed.
