South Tweed Indoor Pool is uniquely located close to major shops, busways and schools. We have an indoor 25-metre x 6-lane pool, plus a teaching pool, allowing us to offer a range of aquatic activities for the community. We offer learn-to-swim classes, holiday intensive swimming programmes, swimming squads, gentle exercise classes, aqua aerobics and lap swimming.

We offer heated water 12 months of the year with Tweed Heads South and Murwillumbah being fully indoors. The team at TRAC are the leaders in providing quality lessons in learn to swim. Our learn-to-swim programme is accredited by both Austswim and Swim Australia. We offer programmes such as deep water running, gentle aqua exercise, aquaerobics and yoga. In Murwillumbah, we also offer a state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool to assist those with disabilities, injury or degenerative conditions. We offer a broad range of swimming squads across all pools and pride ourselves on delivering a quality service to the community. All pools are maintained to NSW Health Department standards and are endorsed by the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia. So much more than just swimming.

This was a great place to take the kids for a few hours. A slide and diving boards. Kids had heaps of fun.
