Jules Clark Reiki Healing After 25 years as chain smoker, and numerous attempts and methods tried. Tony has helped me finally succeed at beating the addiction. In particular, the knowledge he gave me on sugar and diet helped me to understand where I was going wrong with my previous attempts. Not only did I gain an understanding of the role of sugar, But Tony also brought to my awareness the possibility of me having future problems with hypoglycemia/ diabetes. Now that the smokes are gone, I can finally get to work and help prevent that future from happening. I cannot thank this man enough. THANK YOU TONY!

Ive tried all kinds of therapy and counselling- but Essy just clicked for me. Her kind heart and empathetic nature make her such a beautiful support person. She has introduced me to Reiki, hypnosis and regular counselling. Her hypnosis work makes you feel super safe, which was a really big concern of mine, but I always feel really comfortable and at home in her office. I highly recommend Essy for anyone struggling to find what works for them- Essy has helped me turn my life around in so many ways ❤️

Essy K Counselling and Wellness Hub

Ive tried my best to leave a review that truly reflects the great service I have received from Essy K, though Im only given 1000 characters to do so. If you are reading this & youre looking for a counsellor or even just someone to talk to, I strongly & higly recommend Essy K. I refuse to go else where. This beautiful lady is kind hearted, compassionate, professional, understanding with a broad range of knowledge & skills that anyone would want within a counsellor. Essy K has supported me & helped me tremendously over the years especially with mindset, resilience, patience, understanding, problem solving & guiding & forming me into a better version of myself. Moving through grief, 14 year relationship breakdown with 2 daughters, divorce, separation, trial proceedings, plus a few other things I'll leave out. Essy K gave me support, guidance and comfort in my darkest hours, no words can truly make a review to what I have experienced. I'm giving 5 stars because I wasn't able to give more.

Essy K Counselling and Wellness Hub

I can't recommend Essy K enough. I would make an appointment when I felt like things were getting a bit too much, and I would honestly walk away feeling like a different person. I felt calm, clear and content, which was amazing to feel. Essy is a gorgeous person inside and out. She has such a calming energy, where you immediately feel relaxed in her presence. She is super easy to talk to and can make you feel like you've known her for a long time.....even if you've just met. If you're reading this do yourself a favour and book now!

Swedish massage, the darling of the massage world, is exquisitely graced with the comforting strokes that promise relaxation in our roiling sea of stress. This therapy style isn't a random unorchestrated touch; it's a choreographed dance of pressure and movement aimed at soothing tense muscles, increasing flexibility, and promoting overall wellness.

Designed in Stockholm but popularised in Newcastle, Swedish massage is noted for its five distinct types of strokes: effleurage (long smooth strokes), petrissage (kneading and squeezing), tapotement (percussive tapping or pounding), friction (deep circular movements), and vibration (quick shaking or vibrating specific muscles).

Isn't it like an orchestra tuning each stringed instrument for that perfect harmony? Effleurage acts as the conductor, setting the pace with long rhythmic strokes. Petrissage, on the other hand, warms up your body like intermittent breaks of intense drum rolls. Tapotement cues in precisely - almost like a series of cymbal crashes. The rhythm slows down with friction mirroring a soothing saxophone solo. Finally, vibration ties everything together- acting as the light trill from a delicate violin that brings the concert to a serene close.

The experience frees up knotted tissues and relaxes tight spots buried beneath layers of stress - often veiling themselves as normalcy - until they're touched by caring hands mastering Swedish techniques. But don't expect this therapy to be all petals and no thorns! It can occasionally trigger discomfort especially when those hidden tensions are finally coaxed out.

But remember, more than pain relief or muscle relaxation, Swedish massages offer you "me-time." You step into a sanctuary where you shed weight - both metaphorical and physical – off your shoulders; away from ringing phones, pinging emails or nagging responsibilities. For that brief period within the serene corners of Newcastle spas offering such services- time steps aside letting you bask in waves of calm seeping steadily from warm skilled hands.

So next time pressures entangle you in tiresome knots – think Swedish Massage - it's more than just stress relief; it's like nurturing your soul while pampering yourself too!
