Kids love this store and there is always a good range and priced comparably to other stores in the area but I like supporting them because they are family operated and they support Surf Life Saving as well.

We know surfing, we know our beaches and we know how to give you the kind of personalised, professional attention that'll get you up and surfing in no time. Port Macquarie Surf School is a �Huddo� operation. Owned and operated by the well-known and respected, father and sons team of Peter, Wayne and Grant Hudson. All three Huddos were born in Port Macquarie and are pretty handy surfers in their own right with a stack of Aussie titles under their belts. With over 100 years of surfing and just on 60 years of combined coaching experience, we can get beginners standing up and surfing almost right away, help intermediate surfers reach for the next level, or fine tune the skills of the high performance surfer. The Hudson family were awarded the "Surfers Of The Century" at the Port Macquarie-Hastings 100 Years of Surfing (1912-2012) Awards as well as taking out the prestigious 2012 Commonwealth Bank Greater Port Macquarie Business Awards for the Childcare, Education and Training section.

My family and I holiday in Port Macquarie every few years and I must say, my grandkids thoroughly enjoy the lessons they have had when we are here. Being from the Gold Coast, you would think they couldn't find any better, but the team at Port Macquarie Surf School, from the initial enquiry to completion of their lessons, leave the Gold Coast operators for dead. Thank you for providing a fantastic experience for the kids.
