We are a team of passionate individuals who have been in an industry where often the companies are large and the individuals are not the focus. We want to change that. We attract like-minded team members that want to help us to change that. That’s why you won’t see our corporate team in a swanky head office in a city somewhere, we are in one of our community facilities, interacting and communicating with our support team and our Participants on a daily basis.

Yet YMCA Community Inclusion has been answering questions and giving peace of mind and support to Bundaberg families for over 15 years. YMCA provides a range of individual and group support to people with an intellectual, physical or psychiatric disability designed at Ensuring Access, Expanding Connections, Enhancing Independence and Empowering People.

Through meaningful, tailored support options, Quirky Support Services has been proudly enhancing the lives of people with a disability since 2019. With a focus on personalised assistance, our comprehensive range of services encompasses Disability Support, Supported Living and Allied Health in Brisbane, Bundaberg, Mackay and Townsville. We are a Registered NDIS Provider, with local goals of creating an inclusive community that supports real opportunities for meaningful connection, growth, independence and self-expression.
