I cannot recommend the lovely team at Eyes R Us enough. They have been so helpful, understanding and supportive towards my young daughter, telling her that Elsa gave them to the store for a special girl, which really helped and made a difference, it made me stress less over what damage she could do to them ha ha. After our first lenses and frames, we decided to buy two sets for school, and saved ourselves heaps. Nothing but amazing service, the ladies who took care of us on the frames and payment side of things were amazing, as well as our eye Dr, he was also amazing with our daughter. We could not thank you enough

I had a recent prescription from the UK, and just wanted to have a spare pair of inexpensive reading glasses. I should say my prescription is complex. The staff were friendly and helped me to find a pair within my (low) budget. I was rung four days later to let me know my glasses have arrived in the store ready for collection. When I popped into Canelands today, I was served without delay by courteous staff, the glasses were checked for fit (yes, they were very comfortable) and I was given a new case and complimentary bottle of lens cleaner. thank you very much for a super service and great value!

Just wanted to say how friendly and helpful the female owner was (sorry didnt catch your name) that was working in the back to school department just outside your shop. I know how chaotic it is, and it must be hard dealing with some of the cranky and crazy mums, but you did it so calmly, with a smile on your face, were so helpful and respectful. Thank you so much for making my day earlier in the year, and i have remembered your kindness, and will be back again next year
